Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Your 30-day free trial starts the moment you sign up — no credit card required. You’ll only be asked for payment information if you decide to continue after the trial.
What counts as a “user”?
A user is anyone on your team with their own Underboss login — a tutor, instructor, coach, or administrator. Your subscription starts at $35/month for 1 user. Each additional user is $10/month, so a 3-person team would be $55/month total.
What if my organization needs a custom setup?
For studios and larger organizations with more complex needs, we offer custom pricing and onboarding. Contact us and we’ll put together a quote that fits your business.
What happens if a team member leaves?
You can remove a user from your account at any time. Your billing will be adjusted to reflect the updated number of users starting with the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
